• Success stories or testimonials
• Financial expenditures vs. budget
• Challenges and course corrections
Help prepare or format the required budget-to-actuals comparison or spending summaries (often in collaboration with accounting staff).
Review and follow funder-specific reporting instructions (format, length, required attachments, due dates, etc.).
Manage or assist with online submissions, portal uploads, or email delivery, ensuring all pieces are complete and on time.
